Dermal fillers are popular treatments for lines and wrinkles. They provide an instant result that will significantly reduce or even completely smooth out wrinkles to give more of a youthful appearance. The filler will temporarily plump out troublesome areas such as:
• Nose to mouth lines
• Lip lines
• Marionette lines (puppet lines)
• Frown lines
• Forehead lines
Dermal Fillers come in a range of thicknesses for the depth of the wrinkle to be treated and a wide range of products from hyaloronic acid to collagen stimulating fillers. Ky Dolce Skin Specialist Aesthetician will use his years of expertise to find the right filler suitable for your needs.
As a member of the BABTEC, Ky Dolce is a well respected figure in aesthetic medicine and is constantly striving to perfect his techniques of sculpting the face using dermal fillers with amazing results.
You will see the results of your treatment immediately, with a younger, fresher look. The advantage of fillers are they are long lasting – usually 6-12 months but not permanent, therefore we can reassess the skin after roughly 6-9months to see if more treatment is required.
What does the treatment involve?
A topical anaesthetic cream is applied for your comfort and left for approx 10 minutes. The filler containing anaesthetic is then injected beneath the wrinkle using a very fine needle and some of the latest, advanced techniques.
The treatment can take from 5-15 minutes depending on the amount of wrinkles treated so there is little impact upon your time. You may go back to your daily routine immediately afterwards. It is common to have some redness and slight swelling but this should resolve after a couple of hours.
